Aug 05 2004: Association now has a Community Bulletin Board.
It's located in the Pool enclosure on the wall by the bathrooms. Yes, you'll need your key to the gate to access it, but it will contain updates on Association business, including Notification of Board Meetings.

Aug 05 2004: No more road signs for Board Meetings.
Because of the website and the Community Bulletin Board at the pool, there will no longer be any need for the sign board that was planted in the ground at the Pine entrance to our community prior to Board Meetings. Placing the sign in the ground and retrieving it was always inconvenient, and one of the two signs (that used to be posted at the West end of the street) was stolen.
